Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the governing body and highest authority within the organization, holding ultimate fiduciary, strategic, and legal responsibility for its mission and operations. Composed of elected officers and community leaders, the Board establishes overarching policies, ensures financial oversight, and hires and evaluates executive leadership. While day-to-day management is handled by staff, all staff members and executive officers are ultimately accountable to the Board of Directors, which ensures the organization remains legally compliant, financially sound, and dedicated to its core mission.
